Good morning!!! I’m excited to see the horse. I can’t wait. I love horses . I never saw first time a horse. We will see horses later. 

First, we went Thimble Farm. We visited Greenhouse. Taz talked about water system & fertilizer in plant. The peat moss plug, water filter from fish poop.  We were trying first time to eat the flower. The name is Nasturtium. Jarmal, Fred, and I told Chloe don’t want the flower. I ate it and the flower tasted like orange, dry but most spicy. I picked the strawberry. I eat the strawberry very delicious.

​Taz explained about fertilizer. Fred, Jarmal, Chloe and I fed the fish. They poop in the water used to fertilize into plants. We were surprised when we saw the small hydroponic garden. Taz explained about the hydroponic garden who created have new ideas to water from high school students. 


We went shop was Scottish Bakehouse at lunch. I smelled really strong good smell. The cook make the dessert. Then I ate the big cookie. I love the cookie!

We went to Misty Meadows Horse Center. Anne Nutt, Fred and I want to go and look at the horse. We walked and saw the horses. I saw the white and dark brown the horse. I saw flank was cut brown fur. The horse had surgery or what happen?

Then we met Rebecca and Jill. Fred, Chloe, Jarmal and I used brush the horse. I love brushing and petting the horse. It was friendly. Jill signed to me. Rebecca explained about the horses. We watched other high school students ride on the horses with the staff helping students. They will learn  and practice riding the horses. I enjoyed view the place. It was beautiful.

I do not like rainy day. We were exhausted and sleepy.
