JP - 4/7/19
Second Day,
Good Morning!! I woke up sneezing, running nose and itch in my eye again. I decided and went shower help me less sneezing, finished. Then again sneezing ugh!. I hated allergies!  Yesterday, I was freaked out that spider on my bed Fredrick laughed at me!! That is why I hate spiders. We ate breakfast egg with sausage little cheese and toast.

We went to Chilmark Deaf History and met Lynn and Heidi. Lynn knew little sign language because her husband becomes hearing loss they decided to learn sign language on the website. Lynn talked about years ago there MV have many people using sign language. Years later started faded sign language everything thing because people didn’t even know sign language. Students and I want to revive sign language as a second language on Martha’s Vineyard. Most of the time deaf people came here to MV Chilmark socialize with new friends. Lynn told us a story about Katie. Before she lived in Chilmark then she died. The town decided  to move her home as part of the Chilmark public library. They put together her home room. That is really cool! Because I never see before her room with library. I thought only library but that it was new for me learn history.

Then we went to the cemetery that was very old. some head gravestones broken pieces off in the cemetery!! The reason why we came here cemetery is because it has many list of deaf people in the cemetery of years ago. It’s important to know about deaf history. I felt like really scared because it will happen in the future when I die. I don’t want to lose my friends and memories.          

Then, we decided to go to Menemsha beach for lunchtime. There was so beautiful rock, wind and ocean. I love to play skipping stones. I looked around of ocean that was inspirational! I felt blends into Martha’s Vineyard.
Done, we drove Chilmark pottery which has a different mugs, bowls, and platters. It was gorgeous!! But be careful with that pottery!! I really enjoyed myself with group journals.
